Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greenville Spartanburg/Duncan

We booked this hotel while on the road, needing a place to pull off for the evening and were so happy to find a clean, quiet, wonderful hotel. The property was busy since it was a Saturday evening - with sports teams and other groups - but it was quiet and not hectic at all when we checked in. Jennifer greeted us with a warm smile and welcome and it was so nice after a long day with some travel issues. So often we arrived at other hotels to front desk staff that seemed pained to have to speak with customers and this was such a great change! Customer service still goes a long way today! Breakfast was well stocked and tasty the next morning as well. The room was clean and spotless, like the rest of the hotel. The area felt safe & secure, too.

Location was good. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. There was a massive gap at the door, can easily see inside to the room from outside or vice versa - brought to staff's attention and they offered a new room. Love the semi sheer window covers. Brings in natural lighting from outside but keeps your privacy - creates a very cozy atmosphere.

Super clean, safe, friendly attentive staff comfortable and affordable. The gym was beautiful and the overall room I stayed in was amazing. Comfy beds. Esthetically pleasing.

The property is centrally located to everything we needed. The staff was amazing! Breakfast is great!!

The hotel was nice and bed was comfortable. Location was nice as well. Close to alot of restaurant and activities.
